STEP-1:******FOR INSTALLING INFORMATICA WE HAVE TO CREATE TWO USERS 1. ONE FOR DOMAIN DATA BASE2. ONE FOR REPOSTIORY DATA BASEBelow screen shot shows to how to create the two users.First open the oracle sql*plusSTARTALLPROGRAMSOracle-OraDb10g_home1Application DevelopmentSQL Plus

Then connect to SYSTEM/TIGER@ORCL;I CREATE TWO USERS DOMAIN, REP AND GIVE THE DBA PERMISSIONS TO BOTH THE USERS.Follow below screen shot.

STEP2:*****Below Process shows the How to Install Informatica Server.NOW OPEN THE INFORMATICA SOFTWARE FOLDERSELECT THE INFORMATICA_SERVER FOLDERCLICK ON INFORMATICA_SERVER FOLDERCLICK ON SERVER FOLDERCLICK ON INSTALL.EXE

U HAVE TO BROWSE THE LICIENCE KEY AND SELECT THE DIR WHERE EVER U WANT TO INSTALLBEFORE BROWSING THE LICIENCE KEY JUST U HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE THE LICIENCE KEY IN C:\ DRIVE THEN ONLY IT ACCEPTS THE LICIENCE KEY.

CLICK ON INSTALL

Click on Test Connection

The Below Process shows the how to Create Repository Service and Integration Service.Goes to StartAll programsClick on Informatica9.5.0Select the ServerClick on Informatica Administrator page.

Before we click on Informatica Administrator home page first Start the Informatica ServicesOtherwise open the Internet Explorer,Copy the URL from C:\Informatica\9.5.0\admin consolehttps://renu:8443/administrator/

Enter User Name and Password and Click on Login

Then select the Domain Navigator and Select actions Select New Select Power center Repository service and Click on it.

Enter the below Details

Click on Next

Enter the below detailsClick on FinishChange the Repository propertiesOperating mode From Exclusive mode to Normal modeClick OK

Click OKNow I am going to create the Integration ServiceBelow is the process to select Integration Serivce

Then click on Log out.After successfully enable services it show in green color tick marks both services.Now I am going to install the Informatica ClientSelect Informatica Software FolderClick on Cilent_InstallerClick on ClientClick on Install.exe

Adding Repository to the Power Center ClientStartAll programsInformatica-ClientPower center ClientClick on Power center Repository Manager

Adding RepositorySelect Repositories from the left side window

Select repository menuClick on Add Repository

Enter The Repository Name ,User name

Click on OKSelect the Repository

Click on repository name and Right click Click on Configure Domains

Click on Add new domain

Enter the details,We can get these details to Log on to Informatica Administrator Page and Select DomainConfiguration we will see the all the detailsOTHER WISE Domain_ Default name And RENUIS COMPUTER NAMEHost name RENUCOMPUTER NAMEPORT6005

Click OK

Click OK

Select the Repository and Right ClickClick on Connect

Enter user name and Password

Click on ConnectThen we will be successfully connected to Repository.

Creation of Folder:

SELECT Folder Menu Click on Create

Click on OKFinished the Informatica Installation.NOW WE CAN HAPPLY WORK WITH INFORMATICA ******END********
