Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV was established in 1969 and has grown into a medium sized production company in the field of piping and machine manufacturing aimed at offshore, industry and maritime shipping.

CONTRACTSLeemberg offers long-term service agreements to help you control maintenance costs at your plant. We can provide service for your piping and equipment and balance of plant. Correct maintenance of the equipment within your process is key to the successful operation of your plant. Balancing operational issues with a continuous focus on your core business is a challenge. We offer flexible long-term service agreements providing a range of technical and commercial options.

HYDRAULICSWe prefab and install complete hydraulic systems for the industry. We have seamless phosphate high pressure and low pressure pipes in various sizes and materials (among other, thick-walled pipes in inch-sizes) in our storage. The pipes are internally acidified and oiled and only need to be supplied with compression fitting or SAE-flanges to be assembled into a system.

Our machines can install fittings to a pipe using the most modern techniques. Some of the possible systems are the flare and walform method. Connections with welding cones are, naturally, no problem at all. We can also work on location using our flush units.

We supply hydraulic hoses for all applications, each desired pressure and with all desired connections.

COMPOSITELeemberg is specialized in designing, (pre) fabricating and installing fibreglass reinforced, synthetic piping ( Thermoharders, polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy) and synthetic piping systems (thermoplastic HDPE, PP, PP-R, PVDF, ABS and PVC, etc.) for the marine and offshore industries, as well as for the industrial sector. Leemberg is known as an all-round service provider both at domestic and foreign country. We manage and bring together the entire process: design, production, installation, start-up and maintenance.

This work is done by certified and experienced people with a high level of quality and safety awareness. Our technicians are fully prepared for their work and they have a wide range of materials on hand so that they can provide fast and excellent service. PROJECTSLeemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV designs, manufactures and installs complete piping systems of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, titanium, cunifer , composite , GRE and other existing materials for, among others: storage and transfer installation, edible oils and fats, light chemicals, fine chemicals and the consumer products industry.

The production of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, titanium, aluminium and cunifer occurs in separate production halls so that the best quality can be guaranteed. Our years of experience in both multidisciplinary projects and projects with 'just' piping systems / mechanical activities, enable us to provide you with the correct solution for your projects and investments.

Our expertise, precise methods and experience enables a common option for custom project solutions. Dependent on the project, a project manager or project leader will be assigned as your contact during the whole project. MAINTENANCEOur organisation is flexible and efficient. This enables us to rapidly respond to stops, errors, calamities and maintenance activities. Our own supply of materials, our manufacturing halls, our own transport and the fact that we can be reached 24/7 also enables us to rapidly respond to all your questions or demands.

Loss of production can be limited by performing emergency repairs. The final repairs can then later be made. It is possible to enter into a service agreement, which ensures you of the best possible service and continuity.

The company premises of Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV at Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, covers over 13.750 m2 with separated manufacturing spaces for steel (2.500 m2) and stainless steel (800m2). Leemberg Pijpleidingen en Apparatenbouw BV also has manufacturing location in Antwerp (1.250 m2).

MANUFACTURINGThe prefab of piping systems, equipment and regulated skids for the industry, offshore and maritime, occurs in one of our own manufacturing halls. We have a manufacturing hall (ca 2500m2) for all occurring sorts of steel, a separate manufacturing hall (ca 800m2) with divided spaces for stainless steel, (Super) duplex, cunifer, 254 SMO, titanium, copper and other exotic materials and a conditioned hall of 250 m2 for assembling skids.

The following welding processes are used: • GTAW (Tig)• GTAW Orbital (Orbital Tig)• GMAW ( Mig)• SMAW (electrical)• FCAW

Our Welding Method Qualifications, Welder Qualifications following EN and ASME are, of course, in order. Dependent on the demands and desires of the customer, NDO can be applied to the welding seams.

When required, a so-called manufacturing book will be created, and dependent on the demands this can consist of: • Quality Inspection Plan (QIP)• Drawings / isometrics

(with welding and material numbers)• Material certificates• Welding and material lists

(Line Inspection Summery List, WPS, LMK’s, PQR’s )

• NDO reports• Pressure reports• Delivery confirmation

Leemberg has the certificate: Recertification of materials (Lloyd's certificate). Which allows us to restamp 3.1 and 3.2 materials without interference of a NoBo.
