HUMAN RESOURCES
PLACEMENT HIGHLIGHTS
A sizable 6% of students showed their interest in Human
Resource profile. IIM Rohtak has seen an exponential growth in
terms of companies offering this profile.
The summer placement process at IIM Rohtak has been seeing
an upward trend in the number of companies that have been
participating in the summer recruitment process over the past
few years. Keeping in line with this trend, this year saw an
increase of approximately 30% over the previous year. Also as a
testimonial to the entrepreneurship spirit at IIM Rohtak there
was a sizable section of the students who preferred to work with
both Indian as well as international start-ups. Few of our new
recruiters also promised the students exposure to international
trade and international marketing during the internship period.
