News for You/Call Me Maria v. Dakota Land

I enjoyed having a choice in what I needed to read for class these last three weeks.I enjoyed News for You more than Dakota Land.I believe I learned more relevant vocabulary these last three weeks than I did reading Dakota Land.I preferred reading Dakota Land more than News for You or Call Me Maria. The graphic organizers I used these last three weeks helped me understand the stories I picked to read.I would like to have more choices of items to read for class like News for You or Call Me Maria.I would like to use the graphic organizers again to help me understand new readings and learn vocabulary. My confidence in my reading increased these last three weeks.
