Project 01: Integrated Control Command Centre (ICCC)

The ICCC will enable breaking down of verticals in order toenhance efficiency in monitoring and facilitating all the smartservices being offered by the cities.

Project 02: Public Bicycle Sharing (PBS)

Smart Features:• Board computer with NFC card reader• GPS and WiFi Localisation• Fork lock• Parking function• Mobile application and App

Project Cost: 100% PPP Model based

Project Stage: Completed

Bicycle Sharing System will provide a low-cost, environmentallyfriendly mobility option to city residents. The basic premise of thebike-sharing concept is sustainable transportation.

Key Features:• 300 cycles and 30 Docking station• 100 Cycles on board.• This data is used to make decisions on redistribution of cycles

around stations during the hours of operations.

Project 03: Mahakal Rudragasar Area Integrated Development

Project Stage: Under Implementation

• Expected Pilgrims/day=60,000 (Mahashivratri)

• Project Area = 11 Ha

• Proposed heritage corridor =0.70 km

boating & Laser Show• Rudrasagar Ghats & Theme Park development

Project 04: Smart Classroom

Description of project:• Provide following in 97 Classrooms in 5 Schools in Ujjain City• Classroom ICT equipment, including smart board, projector,

computer system, and Air Mouse.• Content from Class 1 to 12 – MP Board| Language Labs• School Wi-Fi• Training for teachers• 3 Years O&M

Key Features: Interactive white board• A big Touch - Sensitive Screen, with the board acting

as a screen, mouse, key board at the same time• Displays a compute screen via a Projector• Manipulated using either hands or Specialized pen• What ever you do on the board is sent via

electromagnetic message to computer

Project 05: She Lounge

Description of project:A safe, convenient, pleasing and most important of all barrier freeplace for women away from any instinctive embarrassment, malereceptionist, cleanliness issues and antisocial (shady) setting.

Key Features:• Exclusively for ladies• Free to use• Well maintained toilets• Lady staff• Napkin Disposer• Waiting room with seating, • wash-basin and mirror for aesthetic requirements• Wi-Fi• FM radio• Novelty shop on the side plus ATMs
