It sneaks around the cornersand at first I don't notice anything missing

But as I look back, I see a piece of memoryrun out the back door.

It must have slipped my mindHow could what was once there be gonenot one second later?Who could this be who's stealing my most valuabletreasures I keep for myself. Why me? But waitll As I look around I

noticed this thief has grabbed and snatchedat many and left them\Vith the same piece of a puzzlethat I am now holding.I can't see physically but I feel as it takes a toll

On each of us and leaves us old,Unstable and still holding on to the piece of puzzle. As we all grow to a more wise and comforting stage,We finally, after years of endless fearAnd panic know that the thief following us

through the years was that of time. And now looking through a window at my feebleold bodyAnd slow wandering eyes, I see for theFirst time ever my enemy the inevitable time.I t after all, hasn't taken anything away.I am as I was and will always be as I am.

Touch me as you've never touched before.Let me feel each emotion you so greedily hold as yours

rush through your fingertips so my bodyis surging with such ecstasy I just might burst.I need you. As I've never before needed. Not another person nor the air I breathe

could compare to you.Tell me things you've never dared let pass your

moist and parted lips before and let me sitand drink heavily the words you whisperin myear.

I hear what you say, but alas, no words are neededfor this conversation.

For it is the eyes that tell the Story. It is the eyesthat captivate my very soul and bring it toheights never before thought ofin my conscience mind.

I hunger for you like a blind man stares for his sighc. And YES!!! YES, I ache for you.

Every bone and every muscle taut and tired as ifI've been beaten and tortured and draggedacross the world because I bear in my mindimpure thoughts of you and I togetherwhere we belong.

My mind, so exhausted, as if these things had in factoccurred and yet my body, that body whichstarves without you, is void of any bruisesor tampering. And still my mind drives me crazy.

But if that's what it takes then so bite it!My mind shall be expendable so long as there's you

in the end. YOU AND ME.The rest of the world can melt away as long as T have

you in my arms, I'd still be happy. So give me what you've got and what I've been goingafter for so many years and let my tiredjourney come to an end at last.

I will not miss it. Not one bit. Because nothing elsewill matter after I've got you in my arms andscream to the rest of the world that, YES!!I've accomplished my dreams and if it weren'tfor my crazy head I would still be looking foryou. Thank God for giving me my crazy, expendable head instead of a sane one thatcouldn't possibly understand the likesof this story.

STAIRS OF LIFEI will always remember sweet innocence

and the passionate love that we once hadwhen we were younger. The day we went climbing the stairs of life hoping to

accomplish some kind of extra-special feat.I t's old, rusty frame still creaks in my mind and all I

could think as I reached the top was if it wereto collapse with me in your arms, us locked ina lasting kiss and warm embrace

I would have died happy and loved.Though the stairs were rickety, I felt safe from danger

in the presence of my Angel inBlack. From that day forward, I knew that whatever future

lies ahead in the Great Unknown, I wouldalways love you and remember the day yousaved me from the Stairs of Life.

NEVER GONNA STOP CRYINGNot gonna stop crying. In this world where people are smotheredby the dead and dying. How much is there to endure, this pain that has no cureWiU I survive this hell?Is there a Savior clad in bells?Just wait and see as I unfold the story my life tellsI seek what is not mine. I need what I can't see.Why does everyone seem a clone to me?You try to be what you are not and because of thatyou make my blood boil over, then clotWhat's wrong with you?Are you truly blue or is that just what you wantme to think of you?

THROUGH EYESAS PURE AS CANDLELIGHT I SEE.

A man and a woman making loveunder the shade of a cypress tree.At night he holds his pen in his hand and dreams outwords that connects his soul to hers. All day she lay on a stained pillow soaked in tears andhopeless fear.In the morning, the child wakes to see young sunlight

dance through the slats in his crib. This old man lived full his life and now with no one,he takes his meals by straw over aspittle soaked bib.A lonely baglady laughs eternally at a joke no oneever hears and dies with a happy heart. She fled her home so streets she could roam, she left to be all she could be,died a week later starved and with HIV

PARTS OF YOUYou have the eyes of honesty. The smile baby angels have when they come

to bring joy to the pained.Your heart a colorful rainbow glittering in all placesof my mind.

How good it feels to be with you.You who possess the body parts that talk withoutsaying words and give without the needto ever receive anything but love.

There's something special about you,it's all about me when I'm with youILove You!!!!

LEAVESHow swiftly you fall from such things that keep yousafe and alive. How can you let go with no worry or care? You show great pride in what you are and let everyone

know why you are letting go.There's something so special about the way you takeyour time to be the thingyou are most good at.

Sweet one, you are every color of the worldand all things to aU people. You are unique to all and help brighten days of coldwhich seem so dark and lonely.

WHO WANTS WHAT I GOTThe first time can be the last time and every last time

always has a first that follows. What we both wanted we got one night. But what I've got now is something you won't want.So once again I'm stuck alone.Another unwanted on the way and that makes three. What will I do, I'll have to find someone who will

want what I've got.For Sale, For Sale - These three for sale.I'm not responsible for what you've got or will getBut it's my irresponsibility that got me

what I don't need.Another burden that will end my life times three.

THESE THINGS ARE YOU TO MEEveryday of my life I'm thinking of you.Something I smell carries with it your sweetness

I'll always remember.Something I touch reminds me of the soft gentle feel

of your hair and skin. The sun shining on me resembles that of your smile,

ever warming and always kind. You're in every whisper of the breeze through all trees. The clouds remind me of every day conversation- light and clear. And when it rains, Oh! When it rains, it reminds me

of our close embraces and the sadness I feltthat left my cheeks all wet.

ALONE ON A FIELD OF GREENSNaked, let's listen to the chirping birds that have

come to kiss our eyes and make us see whatbeauty lies in just being.Hours go by and still we sit.Observing me in all my naturalness. How mesmerizing to touch a growing sunflower and

turn me on with a .long leaf that ticklesmy toes and itches my nose.

Just the two of us. The rest are gone. Our golden bodies always warm and readyto embrace freely.

Naked and unknowing is what we are and that'spowerful because we are both wanting.

We two are the souls of all people waiting to rejoice inthe spirit of love, peace, happiness and nature.

THE BEDROOMI hear his thoughts on my pillow

where his head used to lay.I feel the secrets between the sheets

when I close my eyes to pray.I smell his body hot in the nightI feel his body, then soon the lights go brightIt was just a dream Twish it were true.So instead of keeping it white, I'm gonna paint it blue.
