O.C.S. OFFICINE COSTRUZIONI SPECIALI was founded in

1970 by the engineer Giancarlo Ravagnan, with activities

focused on design, engineering and fabrication of special

machines required by clients, offering personalized solutions

and taking into account the special situations and workplaces

where the machines had to work.

OCS workshops are located in the North of Italy, with an easy

access to the major Adriatic sea ports.

Albignasego Plant: 33,000 sq. m.

Marghera Plant: 24,000 sq. m.

Transport restriction to the nearest harbor (Venice): 50x8.5x8.5 m

Our plants are fully equipped with the most updated

machineries, enabling us to manufacture Pressure Equipment

up to 550 tons.

Sandblasting & Painting shops with PWHT Furnaces are

available in both plants.

OCS facilities include in-house rolling machines, plasma cutting

machines vertical / horizontal lathes, milling machines and

hydraulic presses, with a computer numeric control system.

OCS is also equipped with different types of cutting, sawing,

bevelling, drilling, bending, baring, shearing, grinding, milling,

tube expanding and cleaning machines.

Different types of welding machines are available to meet

every customer’s needs, such as:

Tests are performed by OCS personnel with national

and international qualifications.

Standard in-house NDT – Non destructive tests:

radiographic, magnetic particle examination, ultrasonic,

dye penetrant examination, visual and physical, hydraulic

and helium tests.

Upon request, other tests can be performed in accordance

with International standards.

Destructive Tests DT (such as tensile and bending, impact

tests)arecarriedoutbyexternalqualifiedlaboratories.
