V.G.S. COSTRUZIONI S.r.l.’s founding partners have experience in the construction industry spanning more than 40 years, and are experienced in the construction, maintenance and renovation of residential structures, service industry buildings and industrial constructions.

V.G.S. COSTRUZIONI S.r.l. demonstrates a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of professionalism shown by the technical staff and workforce. This has allowed V.G.S. to keep up to date with the industry evolution that has taken place particularly in the last few years, with the introduction of numerous technological innovations both in construction techniques and in the application of high performance materials.

In recent years, the company has particularly stood out for its work on restoration, redevelopment, reclamation and adding value in properties noted for their architectural importance and often bound to certain conditions. V.G.S. has therefore acquired great experience in this field.

ASSORESTAURO

Founded in 2005, the Associazione Italiana per il Restauro Architettonico, Artistico, Urbano (the Italian Association of Architectural, Artistic and Urban Restoration) is the first Italian association of manufacturers of materials, equipment and technology, and service providers to represent the sector of restoration and preservation of properties both on a national and an international level. It promotes studies and research and gathers useful data about the sector, carrying out analyses of the market and trends, and participates in the preparation and popularisation of international standards for the qualification of associated enterprises, assisting and protecting them through certifications of the quality and safety of their products and services.

Preservative restoration of the historical facade of the Ex Corso Cinema building - located at the intersection of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Via Carlo Alberto - Building subject to protective restrictions D.M.. 28/01/1989.In full respect of the protective restrictions, the aim of the aforementioned restoration (still in progress) is the preservation of this asset, through the redevelopment of areas in disrepair, the reconstruction of fine finishes and concealed colours, and, where necessary and sustainable, the removal of incoherent and superfluous decoration. All of the above to be carried out while conforming to the standards of preservative restoration.
