Struktur Organisasi Baru:

Lebih datar, kurang hierarkis, lebih cair (tidak masif);

Didisain untuk memanfaatkan teknologi baru dan menjawab harapan yang meningkat dari semua fihak - pelanggan (klien), karyawan, dan pimpinan.

Jaringan dan hubungan menjadi cara utama untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan sehingga peran-peran tradisional menjadi berubah.

To promote the exchange of information and human resources among institutions and even individuals and realize the mutual benefits in the collaborating partners.

To enhance the quality and capability of engineering education by improving the teaching staff competence in teaching and research activities.
