Executive Corner IMSolutions would like to wish peace and joy to you and your family during the holiday season. We would love to share some of our accomplishments with you, as our family, customers and friends. It has been an exciting, and pros- perous year for us. Our new facility has proven to be an ample space that al- lows for increased interaction and productivity. Additionally, by making these minor adjustments, it has afforded us the opportunity to pass much of these benefits on to you, your families, and our customers. Over the year, we have been able to increase healthcare contributions, provide additional benefits and resources to enable you to be more productive and valuable to your customer, and been able to compete and win in a price sensitive market. Additionally, really taking into account the feedback received from the Work- place survey, we have strongly focused on better communicating the vision of IMSolutions, and enabling a culture that allows us to get there. We want you to know that IMSolutions will continue to grow! We are implementing strate- gies that enable us to not only compete in the small business market but the open market! In all of this, we will never forget who we are nor will we sacri- fice our culture to achieve success. We've already begun to see the fruits of our labor through this year. IMSolutions continues to grow with old customers, as well as some new! We have acquired new projects within the Social Security Administration, Health and Human Services, Department of the Navy, and USAID. We have also con- tinued to remain as trusted agents to cornerstone customers- Department of Commerce, Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Marine Corps. With such great development, we have been afforded the opportunity to not only retain our strong professional core, but increase our family with great new talented individuals and partners. We would like to extend our appreciation for your continued support. We will continue to invest in you in the coming year by furthering conversations about career growth, enabling you to invest deeper in your personal goals and aspi- rations, expanding our peer-to-peer recognition and employee engagement platform- YouEarnedIt, continued to support to your community development, and always putting you first. Making a Difference in the Community

IMSolutions Albany

On September 2, 2017, our team here in Albany GA had the privilege to be a small part of a much big-

ger picture. We were in attendance to help support the Challenger League.

To those of you who may not know the Challenger League helps children with all types of disabilities. Through donations and lots of hard work from parents and volunteers these children’s lives are en-riched with laughter, inclusion, and pride that comes from self-accomplishment.

We participated with float decorating and helping with the children on Parade day. It was awesome!! Everyone had a wonderful time. We would like to thank everyone at IMSolutions for all of the donations made through the YouEarnedit site.

Wishing everyone a Safe and Happy Holiday Season

IMSolutions benefits from hav-

ing great people doing great

work to make this company suc-

each day.

As an IMSolutions Family, we

are going to be partnering with

Action in Community through

Service (ACTS) to help provide

comfort items to those in our

area who have very little and are

in need. We cannot do this

however without the help of our

IMSolutions Family working

together to make donations.

ACTS is in need of the follow-

ing Items:

Cleaning Supplies

Toiletries

Gift Cards to Stores / Gas

Personal Care Items

Linens/Sheets/Towels/
