Online Ordering Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. What if I forget my password or user name?
A. If you forget your password, visit hdsupplysolutions.com
and click “Forgot Password?” in the upper right corner of the
home page. A temporary password will be emailed to you.
If you forget your user name, just call our Web Support Team
at 1-877-694-4932.
Q. Can I be invoiced for my online purchases?
A. Yes. If you have a credit account with HD Supply,
“Charge My Account” should appear as a payment
option at checkout. If this option does not appear, or
to obtain credit with HD Supply, please call our Credit
Services department at 1-800-798-8888. See the
website for electronic invoicing options by clicking on
the “Electronic Invoicing” link located in the bar near
the bottom of the home page.
Q. Can I return items if I order the wrong items
online?
A. Yes. Returning online items is just as easy as
returning items ordered by phone. A return label is
included with your package. Please complete the
shipping label and give the package to any driver from
HD Supply or UPS. Please note that if you paid freight
to receive an item, freight charges may apply to return
the item. There are some exceptions. Please call us at
1-866-455-8901 before returning any of the following:
special orders, factory direct items, customized orders,
warranty items, fire extinguishers and hazmat materials,
orders outside the continental U.S., and shipments
delivered via common carrier.
Q. Does the $5 handling fee apply to web orders
under $50?
A. Yes. When applicable, this charge will appear on
the Check Out page. It will also appear on your email
shipping confirmation and invoice. There are exceptions
for some government contracts.
Q. When do discounts, taxes, or shipping charges
appear on my order?
A. Any applicable discounts, tax, or shipping charges
will appear on the Check Out page as well as your
shipping confirmation email and invoice. Tax-exempt
customers will not be charged tax online.
Q. How do I cancel an order after I submitted it
online?
A. Call our Web Support Team at 1-877-694-4932 as
soon as possible and tell them you would like to cancel
an online order. Please have your order number ready.
Q. How do I make sure I receive the promotional price
for an item online?
A. During checkout, be sure to enter the appropriate
“Source Code” (from the email or promotional mailer)
in the Source Code field at the top of your online
Shopping Cart. This 3-digit Source Code is usually
found near the address label of our mailed catalogs or
flyers and is also clearly visible in all email promotions.
Any valid source codes and associated discounts will
be displayed on the Check Out page.

Mobile WebsiteIn our efforts to help our customers work more efficiently,
our mobile website allows you to search for products
and place orders on your smartphone. There is no “App”
to download. Simply enter hdsupplysolutions.com in the
smartphone’s internet browser to get started.
(IMPORTANT: You must register on the full site before you can log on to the mobile site.)
Customers can use the mobile website to:

Website Features & Tools
1. view Product Details – View full product descriptions and easily identify attributes such as Made in the USA, GSA Approved, and ideallygreen (sustainable products).
2. view Contracted Pricing – See real-time pricing on all products, including any contracted pricing.
3. Check Stock – On any item detail page, enter your desired quantity and click Check Stock. The system checks stock levels in our distribution center(s) using the delivery address selected in your shopping cart. To check stock for a different shipping location, go to your Shopping Cart and select the address you wish to ship to. Stock and delivery dates are also available by viewing the items in the Shopping Cart page.
4. Enlarged Product Images – Our product images can be enlarged for more detailed viewing. Many products have multiple images.
5. view & Print MSDS – Download and view Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any applicable item. MSDS are located under the Additional Information tab.
6. Product recommendation – Our product recommendation feature provides information and suggestions on other popular or related products based on your search and browsing history.

7. Saved lists Makes reordering Easy – Streamline ordering
by creating Saved Lists of frequently ordered items.
Once a list is created, you can use it repeatedly. Your
Field Account Representative can even have your entire
purchase history loaded into your Saved Lists folder
automatically.
To create and manage Saved lists:
• Log in to your account
• Click Saved Lists at the top of the page
Here you can
Create a New
List, Download
a Saved List
Template, or Upload a Saved List spreadsheet from your
computer. If you have an existing Saved List, you can
choose to open it, email it, or add items to your cart.
8. Quick Order – If you have a list of part numbers on hand,
the fastest way to order is to use the Quick Order form.
Simply fill in the item number, desired quantity, then
click to add the items to your Shopping Cart. To
use the Quick Order form, you will need to be logged in
to your account.
9. Purchase Orders – Prior to placing your order, our
website allows you to see the order total, including tax
(when applicable), delivery (FREE, next-day delivery
is available on most orders to most areas), and any
applicable fees. You can then add your PO number to the
order.
10. Get Order & Shipping Emails – When you register for
an online account, you are able to choose your email
notification preferences. You can choose to receive email
notifications when you, or anyone at your property, order
from HD Supply via website, phone, or fax.
Do you need an email each time anyone at any
of your properties places an order? Simply go to
hdsupplysolutions.com and register for a web account
for each property. (You will need the HDS Account
Number for each property and the billing zip code for
verification purposes.) When registering, select the
option “All Orders at My Property.”
11. view Your Online Order History – Review all your orders
placed online. You may add selected parts or the entire
order to your current Shopping Cart. You may also
search past orders for specific items.
12. Shipping Address Book – Need to ship an order to a
different address? You are able to create a Shipping
Address Book to include all locations that you ship to.
Having all of your addresses on file allows you to quickly
choose a shipping destination from the Shopping Cart,
check stock availability based on the nearest distribution
center, as well as see expected shipping dates for the
address you choose.
13. virtual Catalogs – You can view any of our current catalogs, brochures, and flyers right on our website. Simply click the Virtual Catalogs link from the main navigation bar to view our current catalogs. Several of our catalogs offer discounts on many products. To receive the discount, be sure to enter the special 3-character Source Code in your online or mobile shopping cart when checking out.
