result CSO need 3 support (capacity building, information, trust fund)

IMPACT and INSPIRIT will created a integrated module according concept and strategic to maintain effective CSO. Otherwise, IMPACT will develop Participatory Monitoring module for CSO. On this phase resource center had been function and could be access by CSO and public.
