CONCLUSIONS

• L’utilisation du rituximab est extrêment bien tolérée, utilisé > 90 ans

• Comparativement aux chimiothérapies usuelles en hématologie,

utilisation non problématique

• Les réactions liées à la perfusion sont les plus courantes

• Ne contre-indiquent souvent pas la poursuite du traitement

• Pas de surincidence d’évènements auto-immuns chez le sujet âgé avec

les checkpoints inhibiteurs

• Les CAR T semblent prometteurs chez le sujets âgés
