Immediate temporary bridge on immediate placement implants

Patient came to the clinic for replacement of missing central incisors.After discussing all possible replacement options,patient decided to go for Implant supported prosthesis.She refused grafting options because of financial limitations and fear of second surgical site morbidity.It was decided to extract periodontally compromised lateral incisors and give her a implant supported bridge.Her only request was she wanted a temporary bridge when she walks out of the clinic.After atraumatic extraction, spiral bodied implants at 45ncm were placed in the lateral incisor sites.Following which a series of steps were followed to give her an immediate temporary bridge.

Vaccupressed tray made earlier with waxup checked in patients mouth

Holes made in the tray at abutment sites

Bisacryl used to make the temp bridge with wedges in place for open screw access
