Depends on what version you are using where the proper tools are located

Find where you can ‘Format’ the picture (logo)

Resizing in Microsoft Office: Find Height & Width

In the Format tab, find where you can adjust the height and width

Be sure that the ratios are locked Adjust the height or width (if it is

locked, Word will automatically make proper ratio adjustments) to the size that works best for your document
