Donna Rogers, instructor of management, graduated with a Masters of Education (MEd) in Human Resources Development (HRD) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) with honors. Her Human Resources career began in 1991 and ten years later she was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and has continued to recertify currently through 2022. Chris Hill, Security Practice Leader for LRS and the former Chief Information Security Officer at the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT). Chris has more than 23 years of professional experience in the state information technology environment. At DoIT, Chris was actively engaged in the IT transformation effort, working with the Information Security team, assisting in the development of cyber security capabilities for Illinois, specifically in the areas of governance, risk and compliance, security operations, security engineering, as well as identity and access management.

Cancellation Policy: Conference registrations made and not cancelled will be billed. Cancellations must be made in writing on or before April 6 to receive a refund. All refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be made via a check mailed to the attendee after the conference.
