System Administration (Records Management and Jail Management Systems) •Microsoft® Windows® 7 and Windows Server 2008 compatibility

ensures you can upgrade operating hardware and software to

the latest versions.

•Support for SQL Server 2008 and Oracle 11G enables you to

upgrade to the latest database versions.

•VMWare and Citrix XenApp 5.0 support eliminates the need for

the Application Isolation Environment and reduces total cost of

ownership with the use of virtual environments.

System Usability (Records Management System)•An extensible general permits module gives agencies the

flexibility of adding various types of permit management,

such as enabling sites to take permit applications, issue

permits, set permit fees and durations, and input basic

inspection information.

•Additional data transfer capabilities – such as from citations

to arrest records or accident records to citations – reduce the

need to re-enter data and improve data accuracy.

PrEviOUS ENHANCEMENTS•New field reporting application allows field personnel to collect
