Together with our customers, we develop future-proof and groundbreaking product innovations in technology workshops or from current projects, which open up new possibilities in various applications. In doing so, we always pursue one goal: “To impress you with added value”.

We have created the basis for this in recent years. The number of employees in research and development has increased significantly. In addition to the headquarters of the Kübler Group in Villingen-Schwenningen, two competence centers were founded, such as the Engineering Solution Center Berlin, from

which innovations for digital real-time signal processing, smart technology, and magnetic bearingless sensor systems are created, and the Competence Center Munich, which develops customized slip ring solutions. Our “Innovation Marathon” is rounded off with a close partnership with research institutes and universities.

With the “Innovation Marathon”, products and solutions are created today and in the future that will take you a significant step further. When do we talk about your application?

Gebhard F. and Lothar W. Kübler Managing Directors / Owners of the Kübler Group

Kübler is your partner today and in the future when it comes to creating real benefits for your application. We are focusing on further high-growth market segments with our growth strategy and the associated “Innovation Marathon”.

„For each motor the right encoder“Well-known manufacturers of drive techno-logy have relied on Kübler for decades. The result is a series of specific solutions, from bearingless encoders as robust sensors for large motors and generators, to extremely

flat multiturn rotary encoders for a compact motor design and Motor Feedback Systems with a fixed installation size for servo motors.

Smart bearingless encodersDigital real-time signal processing lets smart technology compensate for possible signal errors and drift, increasing signal quality and the control quality of your drive at the same time. Not only the typical state variables but additional sensor signals are read in and

evaluated (Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance). This sensor solution supports you in the implementation of Smart Motors.

Linear measuring systemsYou have maximum flexibility in selecting the optimum settings. How does it work? We offer you the broadest portfolio on the market. From robust, to compact, to high-precision draw-wire encoders.

Our product line is rounded out with linear magnetic measuring systems in incremental or absolute variants.

Sendix F58 PROFINET IO The optical absolute multiturn Sendix F58 PROFINET IO encoder is ideal for realtime applications. Thanks to the new technicalplatform, the encoders can also be integratedin PROFIdrive and PROFIenergy networks. The vertical communication, from control level to industrial production facilities,

enables location-independent parameteriza-tion, remote diagnosis as well as priority-assisted process data exchange. Even maintenance work can be done in less time.

Sensor system for Industry 4.0 / IIoTNetworked sensors are the most important prerequisite for implementing Industry 4.0 / IIoT concepts. The “Industry 4.0 / IIoT ready” sensors from Kübler provide not only important process information from the field level but also other status information. They can be adapted to any situation through

corresponding parameterization. Sensors for Industry 4.0 / IIoT therefore need to serve the following 4 levels: connectivity, identification, diagnostics and adaptability. So your application is fit for the future.

Smart slip ringsSlip rings for Industrial Ethernet transmis-sion also ensure that Industry 4.0 / IIoT concepts can be implemented in every angle of the machine. As a component of complex machines, they provide valuable information on machine status and maintenance requirements. The integrated system of sensors in our smart

slip rings provides condition monitoring functions and asset management functions such as machine-specific electronic data sheets or lifetime histograms. Both are important for implementing efficient predictive maintenance.
