III MATCH DAY AGAINST HUNGER MANUAL
The Professional Football Against Hunger Campaign will be back into the Stadiums of the European Professional Football Leagues to sound the alarm on the Sahel region of West Africa which is facing a food emergency as consequence of drought, poor harvest and soaring food pricessoaring food prices.
The professional football has the power to mobilize awareness, support political will and the resources needed to stop this hungersupport, political will and the resources needed to stop this hunger crisis. The European Match Day can make the difference creating high impact in media and massive attention to the Sahel emergency to avert the disaster.
Objectives:
• Sound the alarm on the Sahel food crisis where millions of people are facing hunger.
