Instructions For Installing The Auto Refill System

INSTALLING THE AUTO REFILL SYSTEM.The instructions discussed CAN NOT cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur.

It must be understood by the person installing the system that common sense can not be builtinto this product.

Failure to follow the instructions will cause this product not to work and void any warranty.If you do not understand exactly what to do Please STOP and call us.You must follow the instructions exactly or the system will not work.

This Auto Refill System comes with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase.This covers any material defects or Workmanship.

This system can save you a lot of money.It was not designed for the person who does occasional printing.

Removing And Installing The Chip!CAUTION!

DO NOT BEND, PEEL OR LIFT THE CHIP OFF OF THE CARTRIDGE!READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULY !

Ink cartridges missing or damaged!

The first step is to remove the Chip from thebottom of the original HP Cartridge. Take yourtime in doing this step, you do not want todamage the chip! Slide the chip tool betweenthe chip and the Cartridge slowly pushing thruin a sawing motion do not lift the bladeuntil the chip is off the cartridge. You don'twant to bend the corners of the Chip becausethe chip will not work.

Before installing the cartridges remove the orange clipfrom the cartridge. Have a paper towel on hand to dabthe cartridge just in case there is any ink under the clip.

Now Place the chip EXACTLY onto the Etched S uareCut Out on the clear cartridge.

Place The chip on the same color cartridgeBecause they are keyed and must be the same.

Note! Make sure the chips are on straight notturned or hanging off the edge of the cartridge.DO NOT PUSH THE CHIP ALL THE WAY UPFORWARD.

This is the message you will get if the chip isnot put on properly.

After the chip change or refilling the cartridgeInk levels will not reset, this does not matter

Disregard the message on the printer or computerand Continue printing !

Now place the cartridges in the printer, make sure they are snapped intight. You must hear a " click sound" NOW PULL THE POWER PLUG ONTHE PRINTER, THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO MOVE THE PRINTHEADSIDE TO SIDE FREELY WITHOUT DAMAGING THE PRINTER!

Now place the L shaped hose bracket on the inside and tothe bottom center of the of the printers opening.NOTE! WiPe off the p..;;....;;,riintie,riw,itihisioimieiriuibibiinigiaiICio~h~O~1 s=:;....;o:;.....t,;;..:...;h:....;;:;..ehose bracket will stick :.

Now place the Hose onto the L bracket and Pull the hose acrossto the right make sure you have enough slack so the print head cango back and forth freely. Make sure it goes around the indentation inthe printer so the hose will not get pinched.~~~~~~~-=~~----~

Now place the square hose bracket on the right side of theprinter. NOTE! Pull the hose across to the right and around theindentation in the printer so the hose will not get pinched.

Then place the black rubber pad next to the hose to keep itfrom getting pinched.

NOTE! use the Velcro square to shut off the jumper switchplace it on the front left side under the printer cover. This willmake the printer think the lid is closed.

Air in the hose is normal don't worry it will purge it self out when you print,DO NOT LIFT THE BOTTLES UP TO GET AIR OUT OF THE HOSE!

Doing this will flood your printer and make a mess.

I P_R_IN_T_IN_G_T_I_PS_! __ I1. To get the best results in printing go to your Printer Properties, and selectFeatures.2. Then select the box Paper Type, select the HP Premium Paper.3. Next select the box Print Quality, select BestThese settings will give you the best printing results for Text printing & Photos.The printer will print a little slower but the quality is better, don't worry aboutWasting ink because you have about 300ml sitting next to your printer.

I BOTTLE REFILL INSTRUCTIONS

THE BOTTLES MUST BE REFILLED WHEN THEY AREABOUT 114OF AN INCH BELOW THE LARGE FILL PLUG.

THE FIRST THING BEFORE REFILLING THE BOTTLES ISTO MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT THE SMALL VENT-PLUGS BACK INTO THE VENT HOLES.

NEXT LAY THE BOTTLES FLAT DOWN AS SEEN INPHOTO 3.

NOW OPEN THE LARGE PLUGS, HAVE SOME PAPERTOWEL ON HAND SO YOU CAN OPEN THE PLUGSWITHOUT GETTING INK ON YOUR FINGERS.

1. NOW SLOWLY FILL BOTTLES ONE AT A TIME. CAUTION DO NOT FEED THE INK INTO THE BOTTLES TO QUIKL Y BECAUSETHIS CAN CAUSE INK TO BACK UP AND SPILL OUT.

2. NOTE: WE FOUND BY USING THE BARREL OF AN OLD PEN THAT IT MAKES A GREAT TOOL FOR INSTALLING THE LARGEPLUGS BACK INTO THE INK BOTTLE

3. AFTER THE BOTTLES ARE FILLED STAND THE BOTTLES UPRIGHT AND REMOVE THE SMALL TOP VENT PLUGS SO AIR CANENTER THE BOTTLES. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

IMPORTANT: INK TANK MUST REMAIN NEXT TO THE PRINTER( NEVER HIGHER OR LOWER THEN THE PRINTIER OR YOU WILL FLOOD THE PRINTER. )
