Legal Agreement for Contibutors
- Perpetually licence IHE the right to distribute their contribution as part of the IHE Gazelle release (on the Forge) under the terms agreed by IHE (incl. choice of licence)
- Declare that they have the right to licence their contribution to IHE (either own IP rights, or right to sublicence)
- Guarantee that their contribution does not embed software with a licence uncompatible with the IHE-chosen licence (incl. GPL-like, « viral » licence) or are patented
- Retain their Intellectual Property Right on their contribution
