Ignis A picture is worth a thousand

Literary Club

Choose any of the above pictures (numbered 1 to 8) as inspiration for your very own short story or novel or movie screen-play. Your write-up should be a rational interpretation of the given images. You can write a:

Short Story – Write the complete short story

Novel – Write the first chapter

Movie – Script the first scene

Rules:

1. Participants can submit multiple entries

2. It can be submitted individually or in teams of two

3. The entries should be emailed to literaryclub@iimranchi.ac.in with the subject line:

Ignis || Team Name || Institute Name

4. The word limit is 1000 words

5. Entries should be in .doc or .docx format

6. The final date of submission is 8th MARCH EOD

7. Naming convention of files:

Ignis_TeamName_InstituteName_ImageNumber_EntryNumber

Prize:

Winner: Rs. 5000

Runner up: Rs. 3000

Third Prize: Rs. 2000
