What is the problem?
You need to effectively communicate changes, make plans, delegate tasks and make a process to follow up.
As with every solution, you need to adopt a methodology which is cost efficient, time efficient and easy to use. You also need to ensure that all the employees who you need to communicate with will have easy access to the information at all times.
