What’s the Big Idea

Cardinal has developed an Idea Program as an efficient way to submit, catalog and implement great staff ideas.

Access the Program

The Idea Program is accessed from the Red Bird Press Home Page. Once logged in, you will see the “Idea Program” link on the Header Bar.

Ensure that the User

Name and Email

address information is correct

Select the Benefit that

this Idea will have for

Cardinal

Select the Nature of the Idea

Enter a Title that describes your Idea submission

Enter a description WhoWhatWhereWhyWhen

for your

Idea

The Status will remain at New until the Idea is Approved or Not-Approved

Save your Idea!

After Idea is Submitted

An email from Idea Program will arrive noting that your Idea has been submitted. You will be contacted by an Idea Program administrator and may be asked for clarifying information to determine if the Idea can move on for approval.

What happens…

You will be able to track the process of your Idea via the Idea Program section of the

Home Page.
