Contributors approach the various in their life and

 work place with a unique mindtest. This mind set we call, the “contributor Mindset”. 

the first aspect of the contributor mindset is the

contributer’s willingness and capacity to findsolutions.

  When faced with a challanger, the, contributer’s firstrespondse is “can we find a solution?”. This is unlike anon-contributor who may respod to the challenge by trying a little and giving up, blaming other , or finding

excuses to cover up the issue

But This is not all. The contributor also find a solution.In others words, the contributer develops the capacity 

to find solution through continuos practice andlearning from othrs contributros.

Characteristics of a Well-

Managed Classroom…  Students are deeply involved with their work 

Students know what is expected of them and are generally successful

There is relatively little wasted time, confusion, or

disruption

The climate of the classroom is work-oriented, but relaxedand pleasant.
