Four fundamental building block being a contributor…
Shift from a “victim” to being a “creator of one’s destiny”…
Acceptance of the ideal of contributorship..
The willingness to take full responsibility for one’s own development..
The capacity to reflect on one’s development and make appropriate modifications..
EXAMPLE:Non-contributor always afraid of doing new things…..
Contributor is always ready to take new challenges….

Think in Enlightened self-interest
“Enlightened Self-Interest”
In every situation contributor find a way to create a good for self and good for all at the same time.
Non-contributor is only concerned with his/her own self interest but not concerned about the impact on the other person.
EXAMPLE:Non-contributor focus on personal
success….
Contributor focus on ‘we’ not ‘I’…..
Sachin belived in enabling and helping his teammates grow. In
his success, he saw the success of team india…..

CONCLUSION:
The person should understand the work and feeling of other people not just focus only on his own work and capabilities..
