Looking Forward Considering socio-economic condition of the country (per capita income of US$ 850) and network readiness index of the country (73 out of 75 countries, Turkey 41, USA 1), DIU’s achievements in ICT for university administration is praiseworthy. The university authority is working relentlessly to improve it further with a goal of turning the university into a Digital University.
