ICentre Orientation iCentre: Innovation : Information : Inspiration WELCOME TO IONA iCentre We are open: Monday to Thursday 8.00 am pm Friday or last day of term 8.00 am pm Thursday of Boarders Long Weekend: 8.00am 6pm The Library Staff are: Head of iCentre: Ms Moreton :Mrs McIlvenny Teacher Librarian: Mrs McDonnell Evening Teacher Librarian: Mrs Corbitt Library Technician: Mrs Rawlings : Mrs Ciotti Library Assistants: Miss Harman :Mrs Straker The first Rule in the iCentre is RESPECT Respect the resources Respect each other Iona iCentre Code of Conduct Talk Q-U-I-E-T-L-Y: While we dont expect you to whisper, we do expect you to be considerate of others; maintain a low conversational tone of voice while in the iCentre. Leave the iCentre as you found it: Quality work is difficult to accomplish in a junky work space. Make sure the library looks as good when you leave, as it did when you came in. That means placing all rubbish in the bin, and returning furniture to its original place. Code of Conduct Food and drink must be left outside the Library. (Sealed water bottles are permitted) Sign-in If you are using the iCentre in your own time, please sign in and out. Technology: Computers are to be used for educational purposes only. Sorry: no games! Phones must be kept on silent Headphone volume should be on low. (if we can hear it, its too loud) Photo-copying and Laminating Charges apply. Please see the sign near the Library photocopier. Have your Smartrider ready with the barcode showing. Present your book with the barcode showing. Write a note in your diary to remind you when your books should be returned. Bring them back in time to avoid fines and restrictions on your account.
