EVENTS & ACTIVITIESFriday, December 7, 20184:00pm-5:00pm: Twin Falls Middle School ChoirThe Twin Falls Middle School Choir is excited to bring you their Christmas music as a part of their yearly tradition in Leavenworth.

4:30pm: Arrival of Saint Nikolaus!Saint Nikolaus arrives at the Gazebo by carriage with “gold” for the good boys and girls!

5:00pm-7:00pm: Mount Tahoma High School Music Mount Tahoma High School brings to you groups from their band, orchestra and choir. Performing at the Christmas Lighting Festival in Leavenworth has become a tradition for this school.

7:00pm-9:00pm: Gavin McLaughlinGavin McLaughlin is a local musician residing just north of Wenatchee. His eclectic style and passion for performance are the foundation of his musical endeavors.

Saturday, December 8, 201811:00am-12:30pm: A Touch of Brass“A Touch of Brass” is a trio consisting of brass players from the greater Seattle area. Together they share a love of music and their passion for all types of music that can be adapted well for brass.

12:00pm: Arrival of Santa!Meet us on Front Street as a cast of Christmas characters – including Father Christmas, Santa and Mrs. Claus – march from the Festhalle to the Gazebo with all the pomp & circumstance necessary to kick-off the festivities! Participate in this weekend’s theme and wear your ugly Christmas sweater to march in the parade! Meet at the Festhalle (1001 Front St) at 11:45am.

12:30pm-1:30pm: Everett ChoraleFor 53 years, the mission of the Everett Chorale has been to perform a wide variety of choral music for the enrichment and enjoyment of their community. This season they welcome their new Artistic Conductor and Director, Jennifer Rodgers.

1:30pm-2:30pm: Evergreen Women’s ChoraleThis choir began as a group of PTA mothers who wanted to share their passion for singing and over the last 60 years has grown into what is known today as the Evergreen Women’s Chorale.

2:30pm-4:00pm: Ancora This Seattle-based Women’s choir is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the improvement and on-going development of vocal talents and music education. They released their first album, Incantations, in 2011.

4:00pm-6:00pm: Riverview Baptist ChurchRiverview Baptist Church has been a lighthouse for the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for 55 years in the Tri-Cities. Blessed with many talented musicians, the musicians of RBC provide music for each and every service.

Santa and a few local celebrities will lead the countdown to the lighting of the town and park with over half a million lights! This is the moment we ‘ve all been waiting for!

6:00pm-6:30pm: Leavenworth AlphornsThe evening serenade is followed by a brief demonstration with information and fun facts about this fascinating alpine folk instrument.

6:30pm-7:30pm: Da Ukamele OhanaDa Ukumele Ohana accompanying the Halau Hula O Napualani dance performing group bring to you traditional Christmas Carols plus a few of their favorite Hawaiian Christmas songs.

7:30pm-8:30pm: Living Nativity Enjoy the performance of the Nativity presented by local churches.

Sunday, December 9, 201811:00am- 12:30pm: Everett High School ChoirAvenue C is the select jazz choir at Everett High School under the direction of Sarena Wiltse. This group brings you 26 of their most talented vocalists from their jazz and traditional choirs.

4:00pm -6:00pm: Sonoro Women’s Choir Sonoro Choral Society is an independent choral organization located in south Puget Sound whose mission is to inspire passion for choral music through accessibility and education. Their principal chorus, Sonoro Women’s Chorus, has grown to a vetted choir of excellent vocalists.
