As we know that you will be launching the Frog VLE in your school very soon, we would like to give you a hand – this Pack contains several idea cards that will help you get started with planning your event!
Our ideas are categorised by levels of involvement, which are:

What to do:1) Follow instructions on ‘Frog Mascot’ Idea card to create a Frog suit.2) Video a student dressed up in a Frog suit – the student will creep up on a willing teacher/student and yells ‘Ribbit!’ to frighten them.3) Download your video to your computer.4) Using a free video editor e.g. Microsoft Movie Maker, insert the tagline ‘Ribbit! Frog is coming to you with a bang!’.5) Share your video with the school during your launch event.

What to do:1) Place images of our Frog logo on public areas of the VLE – don’t give the students any hints!2) Explain to students that the first person to find 8 frog logos on the Frog VLE wins the Frog Badge.3) Start a countdown - students begin searching at the same time!4) Have the rest of the class cheer the participants on!

What you need: Round shaped rock Acrylic paint Paintbrush Varnish Chalk/pencil
What to do:1) Find a rock to paint your frog.2) Choose a colour to serve as a base and paint several layers so that it sticks. 3) Use a chalk/pencil to draw the outline (e.g the eyes, mouth, legs) and paint the design on. 4) Paint your name on it as well, then varnish it. Your Froggy Rock is ready to be used as decoration!
