An Account is a contact saved in the system after you made contact and recorded the data. It is important to not that an Account can be considered an Opportunity for future business, or even an existing customer. This section of the iBB allows you to create and develop new opportunities while managing existing accounts with the following features: Search Account: Use this section to search out a specific or

group of accounts from a designated criteria. This is the first stop in the Account Center, and must be used for every contact in order to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts.

New Account: Us this section to create a brand new account. Forward Account: Use this form to forward an account to

another user. Update Account: Use this form to update existing account

information and follow up. Cancel Account: Use this form to cancel existing accounts

that have no proposals or orders. Account Reports: Use this section to view accounts and

download report files based on specific criteria and by status.

Job Queues: Use this section to review and take action on your accounts by status

A Proposal is a potential contract for an Account to approve. Proposals may be created for any existing account whether they are new opportunities or even existing customers. This section of the iBB allows you to create and develop new proposals for your existing accounts with the following features: New Proposal: Use this section to create a new

proposal for an existing account. First, find the account, and then, create the proposal.

Search Proposal: Use this section to search for an already existing proposal or group of proposals saved in the system by specific criteria and view the details.

Modify Proposal: Use this form to update existing proposals within the Open Proposal Status.

Send Proposal: Use this form to send the proposal to the potential customer.

Cancel Proposal: use this form to cancel an existing proposal.

Proposal Reports: Use this section to view proposals and download report files based on specific criteria and by status.

Job Queues: Use this section to review and take action on your proposals by status.

mailboxes, create update or delete aliases, or even change passwords or users. IP Block Management Tool: Use this tool to update or order new IP Blocks. Dial Up Management Tool: Use this tool to update or change your dial up settings, or order new

services. Firewall Management Tool: Use this tool to update your settings and priorities, or order new
