June 15, 2020 Dear Big Bethel AME Church Family: Over the past several months our church has gone through the COVID-19 faith walk in many ways. This historic pandemic has impacted us in our homes, our health, our lives, our jobs, our interaction with each other and indeed even the way we worship. The good news is that God has blessed us Through the Storm to continue to worship, teach and meet in proclaiming that “Jesus Saves”. Now is the time for us to look forward. What is our next chapter towards how we worship and open our doors? In response to this challenge, I recently formed a task force to look at guidelines and help us develop a plan. Over the past 3 weeks, the Big Bethel AME Church COVID Readiness Taskforce has worked on developing the guidelines for us to open our doors for public worship. Attached to this letter are the guidelines for your review. I have also attached a copy of the Big Bethel Virtual Blessings. I am inviting all interested members to attend a teleconference on Thursday June 18, 2020 at 6:00 pm to have an opportunity to voice any questions or concerns. The call-in information for the teleconference is as follows: Tele – 605-472-5512 & Code – 772576. Pray without ceasing. Pray that God will do what only God can do – keep us safe, help us to look to Jesus and pray for our families, church and the world. Sincerely, Rev. Dear Big Bethel AME Church Family:

Over the past several months our church has gone through the COVID-19 faith walk in many ways.

Sincerely,

Rev. John Foster, Ph.D. Senior Pastor Attachments: Big Bethel AME Church COVID-19 Readiness Plan BBAMEC Virtual Blessings
