Male hypogonadism is a condition classified as a lack of production of testosterone by the testes This condition can cause several issues.Male hypogonadism can appear during any period in a male’s lifetime. It can form during the fetal development, in prepubescent males or even in adult males. The symptoms of the disorder highly depend on the extent of progression, the age of acquisition, and the intensity of testosterone production suppression.Fetal on-set hypogonadism is classified as the lack of production of sufficient testosterone during fetal development. The fetus is unable to produce adequate quantities of the male sex hormone which results in the underdevelopment of the sex organs. Some, symptoms of fetal male hypogonadism may present themselves as: Underdeveloped genitals Development of female genitals Ambiguous genitalia (genitals that cannot be differentiated as either male or female)
