In Jamaica almost 11,00 people died because they started to starve.
One of the strongest storms to hit was in 1969. The storm went up to 160 to 195 miles per hour. It killed hundreds of people and thousands were injured. It costs more then 30 billion dollars.
Where did hurricane Ivan happen?
Hurricane Ivan was at the Gulf of Mexico and it mixed with the hot water and that made it stronger.
Hundreds were injured and killed.
