Determination of the trophy weight

24 hours after boiling and cleaning the trophy should be weighed

with the big skull and the upper jaw. Up to that time the trophy

must be kept at an airy, cool and shaded place. The price includes

the canine tooth and the antlers.

Determination of the trophy weight

24 hours after boiling and cleaning the trophy should be weighed with the small

skull.

The determination of the small skull: starting on the back part of the

transversely edge of the crest, going through the middle part of the eyeholes and

ending under the tip of the nasal bones.

Up to the weighing the trophy must be kept at an airy, cool and shaded place. At

the hunting guest’s request the trophy can be weighed and charged with the full

skull.

In this case the guest must accept the converted weight on a small skull made by

the trophy jury.

Determination of the tusk lenght

The average length measured on the external curve of the two

lower tusks.

The measuring must be stated precisely in millimetres. The trophy

must be displayed on an official throphy judgement.

OTHER SERVICES

Our hunter’s lodge is located near Tósokberénd and

approachable by car. The house can be accessed easily

through Ajka or via road Nr.8. We have an own hunting

Lodge first class. It was renewed in August 2017. We have 3

rooms, 2 of them with double bed, and 1 room with two solo

beds, air condition, satelite tv, and internet connection

within and all 3 rooms with own bathroom.

We organise trips and tours. At the guest’s request we offer

an optional programme, too:

travelling by horsecart

horse riding

visiting the Somló Hill in order to taste delicious wines

and the typical Hungarian drink, ’pálinka’.

It is easy to relax near the Hungarian Sea – called Lake

Balaton – as it is only 30 km far from our town.

You can also enjoy the services of the Spa in Pápa, which is

also 30 km far from Ajka. (These are individual trips, they

aren’t included in our optional programme.)
