conversion costs, and improve equipment reliability.
. Significant utilization of statistical process control techniques for process evaluation. Perform
FMEA studies. Evaluate product specifications and process capability. Create and monitor
process documentation and specification analyses versus customer requirements. Determine
and resolve problems by root cause analysis and provide recommended corrective actions.
. Support product development by coordinating and supervising the internal trial process for
each project. Manage in-plant technical trials by conducting pre-trial planning meetings,
directing on-line manufacture of trial materials, documenting results of trials, and ensuring
that trial objectives are met.
. Prepare and update procedures, guidelines, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Responsible for management of change (MOC) and training/implementation of process
changes
. Developing and implementing engineering projects which are necessary to maintain process
safety, plant efficiency and competitive operations.
. Five years of related experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
. Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP. Knowledge of Delta V,
Aspentech a plus.
