This module enables the management of remote inputs and outputs in complex systems far from the central. Data is transmitted fully digital via 2-wire lines to the central. Managing of 8 inputs with 5 steps and 8 outputs, thereof 4 make- and 4 change-over contacts. Status-LEDs

for all inputs and outputs show the function at a glance, additionally the line from the ET 8E8A to the central is continuously monitored. Mounting is possible in a 19“ rack on a DIN rail or with the supplied mounting rail for wall mounting.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not expose the station to extreme temperature (under –20° C/-4° F or above +60° C/140° F).

Each card G2-GED-4 or G7-GED-4 can handle one ET 8E8A, that corresponds to 8 x ET 8E8A in a GE 200 or 12 x ET 8E8A in a GE 700.
