The flexible programming of the SCS 2001 enables the rapid implementation of complex control technology tasks in gas pressure control and measuring stations.

The automation system SCS 2001 is a freely programmable modular MSR station capable of solving even the most diffi-cult control tasks via a multitude of I/O- and communications modules.Programming takes place in accordance with international standard IEC 61131-3.The simple operation of the controls and the monitoring of processes is achieved using standardised function keys and a clear LCD display with backlighting.The SCS 2001 can display warning, error or operational messages in cleartext, thus greatly simplifying any troubleshoo-ting required.The setpoint and actual values and other process values are shown together with their physical units.The communication with the top level control system, the remote control station and also the remote data transfer can be implemented both via MODBUS and PROFIBUS. Remote access for remote maintenance or software download is possible with the aid of a MODEM.
