we have a captive target audience of about 110 new students for 2010so developing personas and scenarios should be mostly obvious and easy - or is it?

pay it forward…as you help others, others will help you

this could become a treasure map, with a trail behind you, a trail in frontsecond years helping first, third years helping second, graduates helping third years, the industry supporting education

through knowledgecomes confidence…
