2. Payment must be received in full prior to the Expo.

3. If an Exhibitor cancels after the booking has been accepted, the exhibitor will be liable for the following charges:

• Cancellations notified over 14 days prior to the expo will incur an administration fee of 10% of the full amount.

• For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the expo, the full exhibitor rate must be paid and no refunds will be available.

5. All bookings submitted by e-mail, fax, post or over the telephone are subject to these booking conditions.

6. All cancellations must be received in writing.

7. Halal Trade Expo Kenya will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the Expo.
