Tenant News and Updates: Parking at 36 Front Street: All tenants with two cars, please park in tandem spaces first. If all tan-

dem spaces are full then fill the single spaces. Please have all guests park

in the street or public lots. This will help make sure there is ample park-

ing with the snow season coming.

Please use door stops to prop open doors when necessary. Please do not

leave the doors propped opened. When you are finished please close

the doors to keep the heat in and maintain a secure building.

Plowing:

We will do our best to notify you in advance when the plow will be com-

ing. Please try to cooperate and get all cars out of the lot. It is much eas-

ier for us to keep the lot free of snow and ice when all the cars are

moved.

Parking at Ruhle Road: Please do not park in front of the dumpster and do not park behind park-

ing spots. Use the spaces that are designated and have all guests park

on the street.
