Human Resources Management is constantly evolving to fine tune itself and enhances its effectiveness. PerspectiveIndia is currently the world's fourth largest economy and its estimated growth rate of 9% in the face of global economic stagnation has baffled one and all. However, sustainable business growth is contingent upon the availability of skilled manpower in the country.
