    HUMAN RESOURCES14RETENTION REQUIREMENTS

    These are the retention requirements you need to fulfill in order to be abona fide member ofLoyola Film Circle

    1for the second semester of school year 2011-2012. For the Human Resources

    Committee2, we are implementing apoint system for retention.

    You can compute your points with the following categories:

    I. Attendance to LFC Events According to FacetsII. Creative Output of 20 of any of the 50 films in the Bucket List

    III. HR EventsIV. Leadership

    POINT SYSTEMRETENTION REQUIREMENT: 25 points MINIMUM

    2This system does not apply to other committees in Loyola Film Circle, therefore please do not compare.

    CREATIVE OUTPUTS

    Your creative output can be inany form:essay, photo collage, story, movie (best option!),

    reviews, critical rating, drawing, poem, food, clothes, diorama, etc. (Basta its not rotting or

    anything, hahaha).

    Please attach the following anywhere on your (whether digital or physical) output:

    List of the films implemented in the output

    How each film was implemented in your output (kahit phrase lang)

    Answer to this question: Which film on the bucket list made the most impact on you and

    why?

    Name, ID number, year and course

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    How do I know how many points I have?

    Log-in to SkyNet (loyolafilmcircle.org) and check how many awards you have. An award entails

    the attendance to one event, by the way. Compute on your own, because well be computing for you

    based on SkyNets records come October 20, 2011. Your awards will be our basis foryour attendance.

    We also have our own record on those who had project involvement (volunteers, heads, bluescreen

    participation, etc.).

    Im scared I might get kicked out anyway! :(

    If I dont need to submit a creative output to reach the 25 point minimum, do I still need to submitone?

    Wow naman! Well, technically no, but you are still highly encouraged to submit any form of

    creative output.We certainly wont stop you! Youre an LFC member after all. What kind of LFC

    member doesnt watch a ton of movies, right?

    Ive exceeded 25 points, what now?

    Ikaw na! Congratulations! Youre now a bona fide member of Loyola Film Circle (HR

    specifically) for second semester S.Y. 2011-2012!

    Cant you move the deadline for the physical creative outputs?

    Unfortunately, no. Past that is finals week already, and we do not want you to sacrifice youracads. Maybe you can take photo/video of it, if you really want us to see it. As long as its clear!

    So many requirements for retention, I dont think I can do it. :(

    Is it? We tried to make it more lenient compared to the first version. Anyway, you can contact

    any of us three (Jen, Anne, Nikki) if you want to negotiate.Were really approachable.

    Why didnt you follow-through with the original 3 production events, 3 appreciation events, and

    the 3 critiquing events as well as the 20 out of 50 bucket list requirement?

    Because we, HR, want to give you the option of how you want to make up for whatever you lack

    as an LFC member. Were not slave drivers, haha. We want you to have fun with what youre doing,

    however way you choose fit. And for those who really didnt attend events, but want to remain a

    member of LFC, youre not hopeless! Youve just got a lot of work to do, hahaha.
