The idea is that anyonecan come to Wikipedia and edit anypageat any timeand do so with complete anonymityisextremely disconcerting.Obvious ???? arise immediately:

What if the person is a vandal and inserts profanity?

What if the person is a vandal and either completely erases thepage or corrupts it?

From the outside, Wikipedia may look like chaos barelycontained. thousands of people thinks, there must be no rules!

YES , Off course !!! But , Why ???

Wikipedia also employs a series of employees,

who strive to ensure the information is accurate, is verifiable,

is built on solid sources, and excludes personal opinion.

Anyone can submit an article, anyone can also start an

"Article for Deletion" (AfD) But there is a very ornate and well-

defined structure of participation.

Inclusionists versus the Exclusionists idea came up.
