Let us start and make our first invoice


Open your browser


Type www.invoiceable.com

Create an account by clicking Sign up

Enter your First Name


Enter your Email


Enter your Password


Click Get Started


Here is Invoiceable’sDashboard


To make a new invoice, Click Add Invoice


Type the Reference Number


To select a client, click this


Click Add Client


Type the name of the client here


Click OK


Select Payment Terms, click here


Let’s choose 14 days


You can set the date on when it’ll be due


To do that, click Custom Date


A calendar is provided for you to select a date


Let’s say invoice will be due August 30, 2015


Click this


Then select 30


Invoice is not yet paid, so select No


For additional details, click Advanced Options


To select the currency, click this


For example, I need Euro currency, so I’ll click this


If there’s a PO, write the PO number here


For discount, type the percentage here


This is the date of issue of the invoice


If you want invoice to be public, click this


To keep it private, click this


To allow PayPal payment, click this


If no PayPal payments, click this


For recurring invoice, the invoice will duplicate the

invoice


every week, month or year starting on the date above


Let’s make it a recurring invoice, click Yes


Select the frequency


For Autosend, if invoice will be automatically sent to

client


Click Yes


If not, then Click No


Click Save Changes


Here is now the draft invoice ready for editing


Let’s add item to the invoice, click inside this box


Item is the product or service sold to customer


Type a brief description here


Type the Unit Cost here


Type the Quantity here


Notice that cost is automatically calculated

upon typing quantity


Click the Check to Save


These figures are automatically computed also


You can add another item by clicking Add Item


Let us edit this and change it to “Service Invoice”


Click this


Type the new invoice title


Let’s now add a description here


Click this


Type the description


Let’s add a footer to the invoice. Click this


Type inside the box


This is how the invoice looks now


If the client already has advance payment, click this


Type Amount paid


Select the date from the calendar


Type a brief description


Click Save Changes


Notice that invoice is marked Paid and Balance is €0


To download a PDF copy of the invoice, click this


Pdf file of the invoice is downloaded. Click to open


Click Back to Invoices


You will be directed to this page


To create a new invoice, click Add Invoice


Just created a new invoice, let’s send it to client


Click Send to Client


Need to set up contact details of client first.


Click this


Click Add Contact


Type contact’s name


Click OK


Type email address of the contact


Click OK


Type whatever details of the client you have here


Click Save Changes


Client is now added in the Client’s Tab


To go back to the Invoice for sending, click this


Click the invoice we need to send


Click Send to Client


Click Send Invoice


And that’s it!


In case you need to send again, click this


There is also an option to export in CSV all


created invoices. Click Export to CSV


Click here to open the downloaded CSV file


To update details of your company, click Account


Select My Company


Here you can update your Company Name and Logo


Also, you can add your company address here


Update your PayPal email and Financial Year here


Finally customize your invoice footer and default

email here


When done, just Click Save Changes
