It is finished. Done, over, complete. When Jesus cried out those words (John 19:30) as he died on the cross, the course of history was forever changed. The trajectory of our lives was altered. In that moment Jesus completed his mission!

• The penalty for sin was fully paid. We die to shame and come alive to incredible peace.

• The strongholds of the enemy were broken. We’ve been set free.• Divisions and strife between nations, races, ethnic groups and various socio-

economic classes can be healed.• The fear of death and eternity need not hold us captive.• Freedom from addictions and bondage were broken.• The message of good news could now be shared to every person everywhere.

In our study, It is finished, we celebrate the power of the cross of Christ. We fully claim His victory and appropriate it for every area of our life. We understand our enemy is a defeated foe. We know that whatever challenge we face, our victor, Jesus Christ, triumphs.

I’m excited that together we can live out daily what the simple cry of Jesus means – it is finished.

Let’s celebrate together!Pastor Dave

2. FreedomMarch 22, 2020 | Ephesians 4:27; 2 Corinthians 10:4-5It’s a war! Yes, there’s a health war going on right now. There’s an economic war happening. But there’s a greater war happening, and it’s a spiritual war. When much around us crumbles, the enemy becomes opportunistic. He attacks. He seeks to destroy. He desires to take charge of our minds, our emotions, and our future. But here’s the good news. Through the power of the cross, we have victory. Through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, the enemy is a defeated foe. Freedom is ours!

Dave Engbrecht, Senior Pastor, Nappanee Missionary Church, Nappanee, IN

We are in a war.

Dishonesty, sinful anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, sexual sins, greed

• Worthless

These small "g" gods subtly have become and must be

destroyed.

But there is good news!

The enemy is a !
