Each appointment has a unique status throughout the process. It is important to change the job status to notify your customer and/or the technician involved.

“On My Way” Appointment Status

● Sends a text message and an email to the customer with tracking of the technician’s location.

● Once you set a job to “On My Way” you can get directions via GPS on your phone to the appointment’s location.

How to: Update a Job StatusFor other status updates, choose the dropdown menu

to change the status of your appointment.

When you arrive an an appointment, the status should be changed to “started”

If you run into issues with an appointment, or need something else to complete it, mark it as “paused.”

When an appointment is over, mark it as “completed” to avoid alerts.

If an appointment is cancelled, mark it “cancelled,” you will have the chance to reschedule.
