Eligibility All under-graduate and post-graduate students of the
government approved tertiary institutes/universities in Hong
Kong
# of participants in each school: maximum 100
How to apply Interested applicants to complete on-line assessment forms.
Application period: June 9 to 22, 2014
Note: Organisers reserve the sole discretion in choosing up to
100 candidates from all tertiary institutes/universities to join for
the competition.

Winner Program

Winners: Candidates who scored the top 10% will be
notified as winners.
Each winner will receive the following:
1) A Fingerprint FULL report to allow them to be aware of their own natural
strengths and weaknesses. This knowledge provides insights for their choice of
future career or academic pursuits. (Valued @ $3000)
2) 1-on-1 session (45 minutes) with GTP Talent coach to review and sharpen
their performance in their personal branding sessions. (Valued @ $1000)
3) Join a BNI meeting to allow the winning students expose to a real business
world and learn from entrepreneurs on how to conduct speed presentations. An
experience sharing session among all the winners will be conducted afterwards.

Debriefing Session

Who will join: All candidates (on first-come-first-served
basis)
A classroom debriefing session will be conducted by our
trainers/coaches.
The candidates will be guided on how to interpret the individual reports.
Each of the essential elements in a successful presentation will be
elaborated and discussed. For experience sharing, videos of some of
the winning candidates will be presented.
Ways to improve their presentation skills will be recommended.
Open Forum &
Sharing of Observations & Analysis

Who will join: Professionals responsible for Students’
career or personal development
Candidates’ results for each of the scoring criteria will be analyzed to
denote trends against factors including but not limited to gender, year
of study, discipline, nationality and school.
Serve as an Open forum for professionals working for Students’ career
and personal development. They will also share with one and other
about their own observations of their own students.
Open forum may generate insights on how to improve the speed
presentation skills of our next generation.
