KENDO

KENDO comes directly from ken-jutsu, the traditional Japanese fencing practiced by elite Japanese warriors called Samurai. Kendo lessons ensure proper development for children. They develop concentration, correct body movement and synchronization. At the beginning we do many general physical exercises to develop children’s overall body condition. Then, we practice keiko. Methods of training used in kendo are safe, do not cause any contusions, and they make children stronger mentally as well.
