How to register with Paytm ?You can directly signup with Paytm as a Seller, upload your documents and even create your catalogue. All of the steps are explained below-

From Paytm homepage, Click on Sell on Paytm tab to go to the Seller homepage

How to register with Paytm ?

Enter your credentials to signup as a new seller on Seller panelClick on Sell on Paytmtab

Note – You will receive a verification mail on your registered email id from [email protected] on the given link to verify your account and you will be directed to the seller panel home page

Click on Login to access Paytm seller panel

Note – The persona sign in page opens in a new window, enter your registered email id, password and click on sign in tab, the Account setup tab displays with in the main page

Enter your credentials and click on sign in tab

You will now need to set up your seller account. This step is further divided into parts-

Step 1: Mobile Verification – Click on Click here link to receive an OTP on your mobile number for verificationEnter the OTP, click on Verify tab

Step 2: Store and Warehouse Details –Enter essential information about your store and warehouse, and shipping details

Note – You can opt for Paytm Logistics services to process your orders or else you can use any courier services

4CStep 2: Store and Warehouse Details –Click on Continuebutton

Note – You can avail the services of Fulfillment centre to process your orders which acts as your warehouse from Paytm

4DStep 3: Terms and Conditions – Go through the terms and conditions of Paytm Marketplace agreement and commission detailsClick on I Accept tab to set up your account

You need to upload your PAN card details from KYC and Bank Details within the Profile tab of seller panel

You need to fill Bank details and upload a scanned copy of acancelled cheque from your account for account verification

Enter the registered VAT/TIN details and upload a scanned copy of your VAT/TIN number

Note – If you are dealing in Unstitched Apparels, Handicrafts, Sarees, Books , VAT/TIN number is not mandatory.

Upload a scanned copy of your address proofClick on Submit button

The status changes to Verification Pending

It takes around 48 hours for us to validate your documents

If document is not accepted, the status will change to Verification Failed with the reason of rejection

Note –You can re-upload your documents so that your account can be successfully Verified

Add products in your catalogue

•You don’t have to wait for your documents to be verified.

•Your catalog will be uploaded in 7 to 10 days if your documents are successfully verified

Note – To use the Catalogue DIY feature, click on Catalogue>Add New Product tab, create your own catalogue

To upload catalogue manually, you can fill our catalogue template and share it from seller support tab

Note –For creating your catalogue in bulk, click on Catalogue > Add new product> Create new product in bulk, you can choose your category and fill all the details and submit

For Catalogue Template Sheet, Click on Support>Add products via Template>Template Download PageDownload your desired catalogue template , fill it accordingly
